Body Boot Camp 1 Hour Class
This class will work you to the point you will want to drop. This is an outdoor class offered in Spring & Summer (moved indoors during inclement weather) that will make you work every part of your body to the point of screaming!! If you have done all the other fitness classes and workouts and are bored and want to have FUN and work hard, then come and try a hardcore workout!! You will love the CHALLENGE!!
Urban Polling
This is a walking program that can improve balance, strength and help with cardio for people who cannot get onto cardio machines. Offered in Spring & Summer.
Mind, Body, and Soul
Take some time to stretch and relax in a class that integrates various movements from yoga, pilates, tai chi, breathing, meditation and relaxation exercises. This class will be in a calming, warm atmosphere by the fireplace.
Team Training
I will train and meet the needs of our sports group and their individual training needs. I will work the muscle groups necessary to help enhance their performance. The training can be done on land or in a pool environment. Here is my information letter promoting a sample workout and the value of a water workout to cross-train.
